Pneumocephalus is described as the presence of air or gas within the cranial cavity. Pneumorachis is defined as presence of air within the spinal canal. Pneumorachis and pneumocephalus are caused by pneumothorax and multiple thoracic vertebral fractures. Subarachnoid pleural fistula is a very rare complication seen after vertebral colon trauma and it is usually reported after a blunt force trauma. We are reporting a case of pneumorachis and pneumocephalus due to a gunshot wound.
