Neuroleptic malign syndrome (NMS) is an unforeseeable and fatal side effect which rarely develops due to antipsychotic
drugs. Its prevalence was referred between 0.02-3.20% in various publications. Important clinic characteristics are
autonomic dysfunction, muscle rigidity, conscious alterations, high keratin kinase values, leucocytosis and hyperthermia. We
would like to present a patient who came to our emergency service with unconsciousness complaint and diagnosed as
neuroleptic malign syndrome and share information.
