MY BRAIN IS BLEEDING MY EYES ARE OPEN
Head traumas are at the first place in cause of death for people under 40. One of the complications of head trauma is epidural hematoma. Epidural hematoma is defined as accumulation of blood between duramater located on the brain tissue and parietal bone. Epidural (extradural) hematoma is seen in 1-5% of patients applying with head trauma. We have presented this case since bilateral epidural hematoma is a rare incident.
