Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical acute abdomen. Classic findings of acute appendicitis are pain at center-right quadrant, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, rectal fever over 38°C, defense and/or rebound sensitivity at the lower quadrant. Appendicolith consists of  mucous and fecal content stiffened by calcium phosphate and inorganic salts. Appendicolith is known as a major appendicitis cause. We have presented two appendicolith cases by Abdominal Computerized Tomography (CT) scans preformed with and without the contrast material for both casesapandisit
